Mini Vegan Cheesecake Tarts
- 2 packages of mini phyllo shells
1 wedge Nuts For Cheese Un-Brie-Lievable
- 1 tbsp plant milk
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (can use more)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- berries of choice
Preheat oven to 350°F
Using a hand mixer, combine cheese, plant milk, powdered sugar, and maple syrup. Feel free to add more or less powdered sugar to your liking.
Once filling is smooth and creamy, add it to the phyllo shells. Bake for 12-14 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with cut strawberries and blueberries.
