Refund policy

Returns (if applicable)

We’re sorry but perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-refundable/non-returnable basis unless defective. 

We do our best to minimize damage in transit. If your Nuts For Cheese product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly at hello@nutsforcheese.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

For damaged products that are not purchased directly from Nuts For Cheese (e.g. grocery store, vendor, etc.), please contact the store where the original purchase was made. In most instances, you may be asked to provide your original sales receipt.

Please DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding our return process.

Refunds (if applicable)

For instances where product is defective, damaged, or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 15 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange.

No refunds or exchanges will be given for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders made by the recipient

Once your request is resolved and approved by our customer service team, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within five days.

While we hope you love your Nuts For Cheese products, due to the wide range of personal taste and preferences, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that are not quite to your liking.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact our customer service team hello@nutsforcheese.com to submit an exchange request.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after five days, please check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@nutsforcheese.com.
