Important Notice for Our U.S. Customers
As of September 8, 2025, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause shipping directly to the United States. This change is due to rising duties and cross-border challenges beyond our control.

We’re so grateful for our U.S. community and truly value your support. While we aren’t currently able to ship across the border, our cheeses are still available at select U.S. retailers and through partners like Instacart.

I’ve placed my order! When will I receive it? 
That’s so GOUDA! We’re beyond excited for you to receive your order. Our shipping team works hard to get our orders out in a timely fashion. Your order will be delivered in chilled, insulated boxes within 2-7 business days. We ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If your order is placed Tuesday-Sunday, it will ship on the upcoming Tuesday or Wednesday.

What happens if I don’t like the products?
Say it isn’t so! We hope you love the products as much as we do, but if that’s not the case, please reach out to hello@nutsforcheese.com so we can make it right. Please include your email address and order number.

My order arrived damage, now what?
Ugh, we’re so sorry about that! Please reach out to hello@nutsforcheese.com and include the order number and email address. Please include photos of the damage and we’ll get you taken care of! Just a note for the future as well, to prevent any potential damage upon arrival, please be sure to pop your order in the fridge as soon as its delivered.

My order has shipped, but it is not here yet?
Please make sure that our shipping notification emails are not winding up in your junk folder. If you still aren’t receiving shipment notifications, please reach out to hello@nutsforcheese.com, we’ll investigate and get you all fixed up! We encourage you to closely monitor your products shipment progress so that as soon as you receive it, you can pop it in the fridge.

Help! I want to cancel my order!
Please reach out to hello@nutsforcheese.com as quickly as possible. Our Customer Service team is here to help you M-F between 8a-3p (Eastern). If you’re wanting to cancel your order and it’s during our work-week, we will do everything we can to cancel your order. If your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping rates are based on weight and location. Before the final check out, cost of shipping will be calculated.
We offer free shipping for orders over $75.

Where do you ship?
We ship throughout Canada. As of September 8th, 2025, we unfortunately no longer ship to the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

What information do you collect?
We only collect information that we need that is related to each order. This includes your:

  • Billing Address
  • Shipping Address
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Credit Card Information

In addition, we also collect IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

Is my payment information safe?
We will never store or sell your payment information. It stays between us.

We are more into cheese than Cookies.
Cookies are small files that reside on a computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or to store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
