Ingredients
2 cups dairy-free milk

½ cup Nuts For Butter Unsalted Original, melted
¼ cup sugar
1 packet active dry yeast
5 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt

½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp dairy-free milk
½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions
Grease a casserole dish with Nuts For Butter™ Unsalted Original butter.
In a large bowl, whisk together the dairy-free milk, melted butter (warmed) and sugar.
Sprinkle the yeast evenly over the warm mixture and let set for 1 minute.
Add 5 cups flour and 1 teaspoon of salt to the milk mixture and mix until just combined.
Cover the bowl and set in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
Uncover the dough and add an additional ½ cup of flour and salt and stir well.
Sprinkle a clean counter or pastry mat with flour to lay out the dough.
Knead the dough, adding additional flour as necessary. If needed, sprinkle more flour to prevent sticking.
Roll the dough out into a rectangle, about ½ inch thick.
Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up the dough, forming a log and remove l any unevenness on either end of the rolled log.

Place 6 cinnamon rolls in each the greased casserole dish. Cover and place in a warm area to rise for about 30 minutes.
For the frosting, in a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, dairy-free milk, and vanilla.
Remove cover on the rolls and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
Drizzle with frosting and enjoy!
