Buffalo fans! Don’t limit yourself just to cauliflower wings or dip. Mac & Cheese is a classic on its own, but adding our new Buffalo Ranch Dip and a whole wedge (yes, a whole wedge!) of our Un-Brie-Lievable takes Buffalo Mac & Cheese up a thousand notches.
Buffalo Ranch Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
- 8-10oz elbow macaroni
- 1 container Nuts For Cheese™ Buffalo Ranch Creamy Cashew Dip
- 1 Nuts For Cheese™ Un-Brie-Lievable™ wedge
1/3 cup plant milk
- 1-2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce (add more if you like it extra spicy!)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the macaroni. Bring back to a boil and cook according to package instructions. Drain once cooked.
- Add Buffalo Ranch Creamy Cashew Dip, Un-Brie-Lievable™ cheese, and almond milk to a medium saucepan and melt down over medium heat.
- Cook until completely melted and smooth. Add desired amount of buffalo sauce and stir to combine.
- Cook sauce for another 2-3 minutes until it reaches your desired consistency. If it’s too thick for your liking, gradually add more almond milk.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and stir to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley, serve and enjoy!
