These plant-based pickle tacos deliver serious flavor and fuel in every bite!

Prepare your toppings. In a bowl, combine 2 scoops of Nuts For Cheese Dill Pickle Dip with coleslaw mix and stir to coat evenly. Thinly slice your avocado. Carefully use a cheese grater to shred your pickles.
Lightly coat a pan with olive oil over medium heat. Remove Caui Crumble from packaging and pan fry for 2-5 minutes, breaking up chunks as you stir. Remove from pan.
In the same pan or over stove burner, heat up your tortillas. Make sure to watch closely to ensure they don’t burn!
In a bowl, combine 2 scoops of Nuts For Cheese Dill Pickle Dip with coleslaw mix and stir to coat evenly.
Assemle your tacos! Spread Nuts For Cheese Dill Pickle Dip on first, then layering on the coleslaw mixture, cauli crumble, avocado slices, pickle shreds, fresh dill, and a squeeze of lime. Enjoy!
