Ingredients
- 3-4 breaded phish (Sol Cuisine or Gardein)
- 4 small taco shells
- 4 cups shredded purple cabbage
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 tbsp Nuts for Cheese™ Un-brie-Lievable™
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2-3 radishes, sliced

the rest of the Nuts for Cheese™ Un-Brie-Lievable™ wedge
- 1-2 tbsp cilantro
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1-2 tbsp milk of choice
- ½ fresh avocado

Directions
- Assemble the slaw ahead of time by whisking together the wet ingredients and pouring them over top of the dry ones and let sit. Toss.
- Cook the fish according to package instructions or add to an air fryer on 375 degrees for 7 minutes, until crispy.
- Make the crema by adding everything to a blender or food processor.
- Assemble the tacos by layering the fish, slaw and drizzling the crema on top.
