Dill Pickle Creamy Cashew Dip
Ingredients
2 lbs potatoes

1 tub Nuts For Cheese™ Dill Pickle Creamy Cashew Dip
2-4 tablespoons pickle juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ cup fresh dill, chopped, plus more for garnish
Chives, chopped for garnish
Pickles, roughly chopped (optional)
Directions
Place diced potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Drain and allow to cool completely. Whisk together Dill Pickle Dip, pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chopped pickles and fresh dill.
In a large bowl, combine cooled potatoes with pickle mixture and toss well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Sprinkle fresh dill and chives on top before serving and enjoy!
