1 wedge of Sharp Cheddar Nuts for Cheese
- 1/2 cup beer
- 4 vegan burger patties
- 4 vegan burger buns
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 cup lettuce leaves, washed and ready to serve
Directions
Add the cheddar cheese to a medium-sized sauce pot.
Add 1/2 cup beer. Bring to a boil and stir well. You can season with a little paprika or hot sauce if desired.
- Heat the vegan burger patties in a skillet, browning well on both sides.
Place the lettuce, tomato, and onion on the bottom burger bun. Add the burger patty.
Spoon the Nuts for Cheese sauce over the patty. Top with the top of the bun.
Serve and enjoy!
