Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 bag of fresh cranberries
Zest and juice of one orange
1 cinnamon stick

Directions
Place 1 cup frozen cranberries, 1 bag fresh cranberries, 1 cup sugar, zest and juice of 1 orange, and 1 cinnamon stick in a stainless steel non-reactive pan.
Bring to a boil then lower to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes and refrigerate until ready to use.
Spread Cranberry Pink Peppercorn cheese on your favourite cracker and top with cranberry sauce, serve and enjoy!
