1 Black Garlic wedge, frozen then grated

5 to 8 garlic cloves from garlic confit*

2 tbsp vegan mayo

Preheat oven to 350Ā°F. combine all above ingredients. place in a greased oven safe dish and bake for 20 minutes.

Turn on broiler and let broil for an additional 1-2 minutes. Watch closely so the dip doesnāt burn.
Remove from oven and serve with chips of choice
Garlic Confit*
Preheat oven to 250Ā°F. let cook in oven for 1.5-2 hours or until garlic is browning and soft when a knife is inserted.
Peel 1 head of garlic and add cloves to a small ramekin. Cover with olive oil.
Let cook in oven for 1.5 - 2 hours or until garlic is browning and soft when a knife is inserted.
