Directions
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 425 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cut cauliflower into small florets and place in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour and seasonings, mix to combine. Add milk and mix. Pour the prepared batter over the cauliflower and mix well to evenly coat each piece.
- Place coated cauliflower on the prepared baking tray in a single layer and bake for about 20-25 minutes, flipping once at the halfway point.
- While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce by adding all ingredients to a small saucepan. Whisk to combine and simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. If the sauce is too thick, add more almond milk.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and coat the bites in buffalo sauce. Return to the oven or air fryer for 10-15 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
- Meanwhile, prepare the blue cheese sauce by combining the Cashew Sour Cream, Super Blue cheese, almond milk, and salt and pepper until creamy.
- Serve with the blue cheese sauce and extra Buffalo Ranch Creamy Cashew Dip on the side. Dunk and enjoy!
