Whipped Brie with Grilled Fig & Sourdough
Un-Brie-Lievable™, Salted Original Butter
Gettin' figgy with it! We love this totally fig-er licking combination of Un-Brie-Lievable™, fresh figs, and Bloom vegan honey.
1 wedge of Nuts for Cheese™ Un-Brie-Lievable™, softened
- 2-3 tbsp nut milk
- 2-3 figs
- 2-3 slices of sourdough
1 tbsp Nuts for Butter™ Salted Original Butter
- Bloom vegan honey
Whip the Nuts for Cheese™ Un-Brie-Lievable™ wedge with a food processor or hand blender and slowly drizzle 1-2 tbsp of nut milk to get a nice whipped texture.
- Heat a skillet or grill on medium.
- Butter sourdough slices and grill or fry until golden.
- With some leftover butter, fry your figs for 1-2 minutes each side.
Plate the whipped Nuts for Cheese™ and bread, top the brie with figs and drizzle with honey.
