'Tis the season of spring salads! Bright, cheesy, and delicious. Just how we like it!
Ingredients

1 small bunch asparagus
-
A couple handfuls of greens of choice

2 radishes, thinly sliced
-
handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
-
½ wedge Nuts For Cheese Un-Brie-Lievable™, sliced into chunks

Fresh dill, for garnish

Dressing of choice
Directions
Blanch the asparagus for about 1 minute, until tender. Transfer to the ice water for 1 minute, then drain. Allow the asparagus to dry.
Assemble the salad. Arrange the salad greens in a bowl, then layer the asparagus, radishes, tomatoes, cheese, and herbs.
Drizzle with dressing (optional - season to taste with more salt and pepper) and serve!
