Stone Fruit & Basil Salad
- 3 cups arugula
- 2 nectarines/peaches/apricots/plums, sliced
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic reduction/glaze
1/4 cup Nuts for Cheese™ Un-Brie-Lievable™
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (pistachios/almonds/walnut)
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
- In a serving bowl/platter, place arugula, slice fruit, and basil. Mix together.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze on top.
Add Nuts for Cheese™ Un-Brie-Lievable™, chopped nuts, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
