Spring Herbed Flower Butter
Herb & Garlic Butter
2 Nuts for Cheese™ Herb & Garlic Butter, room temperature
- 1 cup chopped herbs (dill, parsley, basil)
- 10 garden flowers (pansies, hibiscus, lavender, borage, etc. )
- Add the butter and herbs and 4-5 flowers to a bowl and mix until combined.
- Place on a cheese cloth in a log.
- Roll tight and shape to desired shape.
- Remove and add flowers to the side.
