Ingredients
- Scrambled Tofu
- Salsa or Pico De Gallo

Nuts For Cheese™ Chipotle Cheddar
- Avocado
- Lettuce
Directions
- Tortilla - slit in the middle half way up.
- Assemble with whatever breakfast ingredients you want to fill in your tortilla (reserve 4 sections for your ingredients).
- Once assembled, fold each corner one by one until you get your tortilla triangle.
- Eat plain or add to your pan and grill for 3 minutes on each side to melt cheese and crisp up the tortilla!
