Dill Pickle Dip
- 1 cup vegan yogurt
60 g Nuts for Cheese™ Un-Brie-Lievable™
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1 tbsp dill pickle brine
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- salt, to taste
Using a food processor or blender, mix together the vegan yogurt and Un-Brie-Lievable™ until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
- To the creamy mixture, add garlic, lemon zest, dill pickles, pickle brine, pickled jalapeno, fresh chives, and fresh dill - stir until combined.
- Season with salt to taste and enjoy alongside some chips and fresh veggies.
