Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 10 oz vegan ground beef, cooked
- 3 tortillas or taco shells
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- fresh cilantro
- 1 Nuts For Cheese™ Un-Brie-Lievable™ wedge
- 1-2 tbsp milk of choice
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1-2 tbsp cilantro

Warm a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly coat with oil. Add the grounds and sauté until thoroughly browned, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Slice jalapeños and cut the onion and some fresh cilantro. Set aside.
Add all the Un-Brie-Lievable™ Cilantro Crema ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Assemble tacos. Add the grounds to the tortilla first, topping it with the crema. Then add onions, jalapeños, and fresh cilantro.
Reserve some crema on the side for dipping and enjoy!
