Ingredients
- 1 box fettuccini noodles, vegan

1 tub Nuts For Cheese Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese
1/2 to 3/4 cup oat milk
2 tablespoons Vegan Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (parsley or basil)
Directions
- Cook the fettuccini according to package directions. Drain into colander, rinse lightly with hot water, and reserve.
Meanwhile, add the Nuts For Cheese Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese to a medium dutch oven pan. Add the 1/2 cup of oat milk. Bring to a boil. Adjust the consistency with a little more milk if needed.
Stir in the cooked noodles, allowing the Alfredo sauce to cover the noodles. Twirl and place into a serving bowl. Top with a little grated vegan parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.
