Whipped Brie with Grilled Fig & Sourdough

 1 wedge of Nuts for Cheese Un-Brie-Lievable, softened
 2-3 tbsp nut milk
 2-3 figs
 2-3 slices of sourdough
 1 tbsp Nuts for Butter Salted Original
 Bloom vegan honey

Whip the Nuts for Cheese Un-Brie-Lievable wedge with a food processor or hand blender and slowly drizzle 1-2 tbsp of nut milk to get a nice whipped texture.

Heat a skillet or grill on medium.

Butter sourdough slices and grill or fry until golden.

With some leftover butter, fry your figs for 1-2 minutes each side.

Plate the whipped Nuts for Cheese and bread, top the brie with figs and drizzle with honey.
