Nothing screams summer lovin' like flower petal adorned organic cashew based butter! At least I don't think anything does...
2 Nuts for Cheese Herb & Garlic Butter, room temperature
1 cup chopped herbs (dill, parsley, basil)
10 garden flowers (pansies, hibiscus, lavender, borage, etc. )
Add the butter and herbs and 4-5 flowers to a bowl and mix until combined.
Place on a cheese cloth in a log.
Roll tight and shape to desired shape.
Remove and add flowers to the side.
