When I dip you dip we dip. If you combine a gif with a song released in 1997, does that make you a zoomer or a millennial? That’s too much math for us on a #TGIF but we do love a good #nachos sesh!

 1 Triangle Nuts For Cheese Chipotle Cheddar
 2 tbsp Nuts For Cheese Salted Butter
 2 tbsp Flour (Gluten-free works as well)
 1 cup Almond Milk
 1 tsp Garlic Powder
 1 tsp Chilli Powder
 Nacho Chips
 Cilanto & Green Onion
 Vegan Sour Cream & Salsa

Warm a saucepan over medium heat.

Make a roux by adding the butter (let melt *not burn) and flour. Whisk together.

Once combined, add the milk and whisk until combined.

Add the cheese and let it melt.

Whisk everything together until creamy and smooth.

Pour into a bowl and serve with nacho chips, cilantro, vegan sour cream and salsa.
