In honour of #nationalpeanutbutterloversday, we whipped up this #ediblecookiedough recipe. Aside from the obvious reasons, we love this recipe because it makes one portion. To us, this means we can make it literally anytime. Add @coconutbliss #icecream and... well, the photos speak for themselves.
Mix the brie, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla until creamy. Add the sugar and flour and combine until you get a dough. It should be able to form a ball, if it doesn’t add ½ Tbsp of flour at a time until you get a dough consistency. Fold in chocolate chips and chill.
