Return of the Mac đŸŽ”. Who wants some? People of Ontario, this #bigmac stay-at-home indulgence goes out to you, our friends.

Sauce:
 1 Smoky Gouda Nuts For Cheese
 ½ tbsp Ketchup
 ½ tsp Onion Powder
 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
 1 tsp Veinegar
 1 tbsp Relish
 ½ tsp Paprika
 3 tbsp Almond Milk
Burger
 2 Buns
 Lettuce
 Bread and Butter Pickles
 Red Oion
 2 Beyond Beef Burger Patties

Mix all of the sauce ingredients together until combined. Heat the sauce on a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until thoroughly combined.

Assemble the Burger

Take bottom slices from 2 buns and top slice from one

Assemble by adding 1-2 tsp of big mac sauce on all sides of the buns (except top and bottom of course)

Add the patty to the bottom, top with lettuce and pickle.

Add the middle bun, then add the top patty with lettuce and pickle.
