Vegan Nacho Cheese Dip
Chipotle Cheddar, Salted Original Butter
1 Triangle Nuts For Cheese™ Chipotle Cheddar
2 tbsp Nuts For Cheese™ Salted Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour (Gluten-free works as well)
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- Nacho Chips
- Cilanto & Green Onion
- Vegan Sour Cream & Salsa
- Warm a saucepan over medium heat.
- Make a roux by adding the butter (let melt *not burn) and flour. Whisk together.
- Once combined, add the milk and whisk until combined.
- Add the cheese and let it melt.
- Whisk everything together until creamy and smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and serve with nacho chips, cilantro, vegan sour cream and salsa.
